If necessary, use your country postal services ZIP code database, like&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tools.usps.com\/go\/ZipLookupAction!input.action\">USPS ZIP code database<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When done, once again, make sure all address details are written correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to completely different order fulfilling process, some POD product order and Handmade product order refund and return points may be different from each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Packaging<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PODs are normally packed in a recycled poly mailer. However, depending on the item you order, packaging may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handmade item is packed into a shipping carton box or tube, but may also be packed into a gift box and\/or pocket. Packaging may contain natural fillers, like wood shavings, moss, fabric or syntetic fillers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estimated shipping time<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For POD orders, it usually takes 3\u20137 days to fulfill an order, after which it\u2019s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>USA: 3\u20134 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Europe: 6\u20138 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Australia: 2\u201314 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Japan: 4\u20138 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International: 10\u201320 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Handmade orders, order fulfilling takes from 1 to 7 days and shipping time is estimated to be as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>USA: 5-10 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Europe: 6\u20138 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Baltics: 1-3 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other countries: 10\u201330 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where are orders shipped from?<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For POD products, we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so your order may arrive from any of the countries where our partner services are located, depending on your own location and the item you buy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handmade products are shipped from Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Custom taxes<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lost orders<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before getting in touch with us, please proceed with doing the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask your local post office if they have your package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn\u2019t left at the post office or at your neighbor\u2019s, get in touch with us at print@runeprint.com with your order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you did find a mistake in your delivery address: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For POD order we can send you a replacement order with shipping at your own cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For Handmade product order, to receive your order to the correct address, you will have to place a new order at your own cost for both product and shipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let us know if you want to use this option at print@runeprint.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged Handmade Products<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handmade item size, color and other options may be slightly different from the photo and description and contain scratches, notches or other natural material and\/or handmade production consequences and that is not considered to be a defect or damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Handmade item is considered to be damaged only if it has obvious defect or signs of damage. For example a wooden medallion is broken in two pieces as a result of original packaging damage during shipping, or book got damaged because of liquid got through damaged packaging during shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive your purchase damaged or in damaged packaging, immediately contact the Postal Service to file a claim with them and receive official signed and stamped confirmation that goods and\/or packaging received damaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All handmade items are manually inspected before packaging and shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:12px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date according to the Postal Service data, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-refundable items:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods such as any products containing food elements, flowers, newspapers or magazines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale\/discounted items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary goods, including health and personal care items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No refunds are granted for:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book with signs of use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any audiovisual material that has been opened;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item returned in non original packaging or in damaged packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is sent back more than 14 days after delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any claim for refund for the lost or damaged goods without the Postal Service official signed and stamped confirmation provided by a buyer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to Law of Republic of Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or missing refunds<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at print@runeprint.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first, send us an email at print@runeprint.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">To complete your return, we require:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A receipt or proof of purchase,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods, which we receive back from you must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it must be in original undamaged packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If goods or packaging were damaged during shipping, we also need Postal Service official signed and stamped confirmation for damaged goods and\/or packaging,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of damaged goods and\/or packaging with clearly seen signs of damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please send your POD goods back to the manufacturer and your handmade goods back to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ruses 26-46<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Riga, LV-1029<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Latvia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return shipping<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
